Scientists have found a 429 million years old fossil of trilobite in sedimentary rocks located in the Czech Republic.
Trilobites are the earliest-known and extinct marine arthropods that dominated the ecosystems of the Palaeozoic (the era from 541 to 251.902 million years ago).
This centimeter long trilobite fossil contains two properly noticeable compound eyes that can help researchers to study the evolution of eyes in Trilobita class.
